 Air Force First Lieutenant Sally Bensen is shot down in
Bosnia and captured by Serb rebels. Unknown to the lieutenant, she is the
Vice-President's illegitimate daughter. After she's killed along with her Ranger
rescue team, her father kills himself out of grief. Now, Frank Parker must jump back in
time to save the rescue team, the pilots and the life of the Vice President.
